Service was provided in promised time. Drop off and pick up ride was offered during the service which I really appreciate appreciated. “I’ve had a really great experience with this shop. After taking my Ford F-150 to several mechanics and dealing with multiple misdiagnoses, these guys were finally able to properly identify the issue and get things moving in the right direction. They were honest, thorough, and professional throughout the process.
What stood out most to me was how they stand behind their work and honour their warranty without any hassle or drama. They even ask customers to bring the vehicle back after a couple of weeks to make sure everything is still running properly, which shows they genuinely care about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction.
Their shuttle service has also been reliable and convenient, which makes a big difference when you’re trying to coordinate your day around vehicle repairs.
Because of how positive my experience was with my truck, I ended up bringing my Nissan there as well. Their customer service has been consistently excellent, and they’ve earned my trust. Reliable and honest mechanics are hard to find, and I’d definitely recommend them.”

I was very impressed with Clint and the staff when they serviced my Acura Integra, and I've since taken my other vehicles there in addition to referring the shop to others. “Great repair shop. Dean and Evan really helped me out. My flex pipe blew on the way through to Grande Prarie Alberta. I left it with them thinking it would take at least the day. They had my car ready by 12:00 with a repair that was reasonably priced. As red seal automotive tech by trade I was curious and looked at the flex pipe repair. Some of the cleanest welds I’ve ever seen. They do a great job. Very honest, I wouldn’t go anywhere else in town.”
“Can’t say enough good things about the guys at 33rd st auto! Our heater core went on our Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, they hooked us up with a loaner car which was amazing. When they went to order the part they realized it’s an extremely hard part to find, they couldn’t even find one to order in Canada, they had to order from the states. It took 2 weeks to come and they let us keep the loaner car the entire time. Heater core is a big job and they got it all done and working great, and their pricing and transparency is amazing! We have a couple more things to get fixed in the near future and these will definitely be the guys we trust to do them! Thank you so much!!”
“Last year I tried to buy a car from private sale. With my friend Phill I came to Lawson Auto Centre and asked for advice about common problems with this make and model.
Young mechanic took a look under the hood for 10-15 minutes. He was willing to answer all my questions, spent extra time with me and at the end the charges were ZERO. Just a friendly hand shake and visit card if I need them in the future.
So far my car (a 2021 Kia Sportage) is running well.
However if I need a mechanic I will not hesitate to come back to Lawson Auto Centre.”

“Today was my first experience at this shop. I went for an Oil Change in my Jeep and everywhere is $150 as I have Rubicon 4XE. These guys had me under a $100 and rhe service was absolutely fantastic.
