“Gas stations usually have bad reputations for hiring the worst kind of staff. You’re usually greeted with bored employee who barely looks up from their phone or you get the rude one who makes you feel like a criminal for looking in the isles. BUT there is not one single employee that I have come across at this location who isn’t smiling, kind and respectful. It’s been 4/5 months living here in Caswell, this is our go to store as we prefer to give our business to those who actually do their jobs well! They are super patient and don’t rush customers when they have a lineup, they remind us to take our time and breathe. Kudos to esso for hiring the dream team! You guys have the best staff and I adore them all!”

“Two things stick out about this Co-op gas station1. The owner personally buys dog treats to be kept at the full service pumps for when your furry friends are in the car with you. If you’re not offered one, just ask!2. Super friendly pump attendants, one in particular always brightens my day. I don’t know his name but he has dark hair, maybe in his late 20’s/early 30’s and always has such an upbeat personality & is quite chatty.If you are someone who likes full service gas, go to this location! “I came to get gas and I accidentally left my wallet on the wing of my car and I went back and told them my wallet was gone. They were very helpful and went to check the footage for me and I went to look for it and gave up and I got home and one of the cashiers had found me on fb and messaged that someone returned it to them. 10/10 service from everyone there.”

“This happened a year or two ago but I still think about this moment frequently. The staff here are absolutely wonderful and incredibly kind and understanding. I was a small 17 year old doing a delivery for my job and happened to be on E on my way back to work. I filled up with gas and went to pay only to find that I had left my wallet at work and had no money on me. The lady at the till was incredibly generous and not only offered to let me etransfer her with my phone and have her use her card to pay, but she also hot spotted me so I could use my banking app to send it. I was so close to crying and panicking in this situation but she was so patient and sweet the whole time. If she happens to see this review, thank you so incredibly much. I was just some teen on a random Tuesday to you, but you showed me genuine kindness and understanding. Sometimes a small act of kindness may not seem like a lot to you, but it could mean a world of difference to someone else. I wish you nothing but the best.”

“This is an excellent place to get gas. The attendants, despite cold weather, are always friendly and willing to wash your car windows! Also, they sell the best little candy bags here. They're perfect to buy as a lil snack for my siblings. The only downside to this place is that it is very small. When it gets busy, it gets a little bit cramped inside! Other than that I would always suggest this place. ☺️”

The staff (shoutout to my man Travis) was not only friendly but also efficient. The pumps were in excellent condition, though needing to be re-certified before the end of the year. “Members of the Staff at Co-op are always helpful and knowledgeable.The co-op brand is something I’ve only recently discovered - reasonably priced, but good quality, from canned goods such as chick peas, to jams like rhubarb-haskap. They use local suppliers, including pine view farms products as well as produce from Saskatchewan growers. As a full service grocery store, it meets my needs and often exceeds my expectations. With a full service bakery and deli, this is the store of choice for our family’s shopping needs.”

“Staff have always been friendly and helpful.The property is always clean and so is the inside of the store.Only negative I can think of is the security barrier to protect the staff from potential crimes. It's understandable and I wouldn't want the staff endangered in any way, but it still makes you feel like you're living in a dystopian crime ridden hell hole. It just is what it is.”

“Stopped in here to get fuel, some caffeine and use the bathroom. New pumps are nice, squeegee wash was clean and the staff was nice.There's just on bathroom, need to get a key from the Attendant to use. Bathroom is small and relatively clean. Put my bag on the counter and activated the soap dispenser. Caused my bag to get soap on it, note to self - use the hook behind the door. After I was done I parked and organized myself, Attendant emptied out the squeegee wash and was refilling it. It's bug season.”

“Typically I would have given this place a 3 star. The washrooms and showers are really outdated. The good thing about this truck stop is they have a 24 hours Denys…. Which is excellent for truck driver that work late to have a proper meal. I think they could improve on parking and making more spots for drivers”
