I tend to eat healthier when I shop at Co-op because junk food is so expensive here. Why buy a bag of chips (or any other processed food) here when I can get it for much cheaper at Superstore? So whenever I shop here, I just go straight for the healthy whole foods, like fresh meat and veggies.

I shop here for my elderly parents they have a weird obsession with only getting the groceries from the coop. it's out of my way and there are several more convenient places for me to be but the staff are wonderful and that makes it worth the extra 15 minutes.
