“Hands down the best seafood I’ve ever had. I built my own seafood boil to take home and cooked it myself, and wow! Everything was insanely fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The quality was unreal, and the portions were so generous I ate way more than I planned (no regrets).
The owner was also incredibly friendly and informative. You can tell they truly care about their food and their customers. I seriously can’t recommend this place enough!! Thank you so much hooked fish & seafood for an amazing experience!”
“Always a great experience at Sobeys. Usually what i need is on sale and lots of good food choices. Staff have always been very pleasant and helpful. I also use the McKercher Sobeys often but This location in Saskatoon is the biggest and easiest to travel to from my work to home. It also has the biggest deli/hot food area available with fast meals after a long day 1 entree & 2 sides for $9.99 is pretty decent.”

“I will be doing most of my grocery shopping at this store moving forward. Store is clean, selection is good, love the freshness of the pre-made salads, baked goods, and salmon/cod. The staff are pleasant and both capable and interested in being of assistance when asked. Security guard is subtle and professional. I will avoid superstore and walmart going forward. One missed star as I wish prices were a bit lower, however, sales are really good when they are on.”
“January 2026: I don't know why the lights outside aren't on in the morning, but the store IS open. Maybe someone should look into this, because it does look closed.
Update: still one of the BEST places in Saskatoon to buy FRESH produce! Great addition to the neighborhood, finally a grocery store that has reasonable prices and a wide selection! Picked up some super sales! This is one of those places to check often and top up the pantry.
One of the only stores you see with almost EVERY register staffed by a cashier during daily peak times!!!
This just doesn't happen at the confederation store! Confederation store is bigger, should be common sense...usually only one cashier and 2 more standing by the self checkouts...(head shaking)”

“Sobeys at Preston Crossing i a nice place to shop with family or byself. My kids like to go this place because of huge variety in their stuff. I am shopping from this place for almost three years, the staff here is nice and cooperative. The quality and taste of there cakes is awesome. Well organized and neat and clean store. There are many parking space for the customers. They have vast variety in many products. Overall every experience on this place is good.”
“Possibly the best cinnamon buns in existence (don't tell my motger) really all the baking is fantastic. Also an impressive selection of grocery items, considering it's a corner store. Pricing as well that makes it a real choice opposed to superstores if you only need a few things.”
“Found everything on the grocery list. Well stocked, always clean store. Co op is a bit more expensive compared to other stores. But the quality of items is well worth it. Especially for the produce and meat. Helpful staff. Even when the store is busier, checkout goes pretty quickly. I was there just before Christmas and needed some wrapping paper and tape. And came across those in co op. So it was a one stop shop. Didn’t need to go anywhere else. Perfect!”

I'm not disappointed with their services and products. In addition, I got some pizzas, hotdogs, chips, and drinks at the food court for my family.
If the distance is not an issue and for newcomers or residents who are looking to explore Saskatoon, you can check it out. They have a large parking lot too.”
“I have been to this store many times, the costumer service is excellent, the staff are very helpful to costumers when looking for an item. We can get our items for iftar like, shahi jalebi, shingara, daal puri, muglai paratha, chicken samosas, chicken patties, and tuna kabob. It is very delicious, and I would highly recommend trying it for yourself. My younger brother always liked daal puri, which is his favourite and he also calls it, a circle shingara, my favourite item is the chicken samosa, because it’s packed full of flavour, it’s crunchy on the outside, and it’s savoury on the inside. You can also find Bangladeshi vegetables, fish all the time. We always visit this place because it is a go to for getting halal meat and food.”

I use this location to order groceries for my school home ec program and for my personal shopping. From the amazing ladies who pick orders, to the manager and owner-communication is great. The team here connects with me to offer suitable substitutions for items out of stock, and makes sure that the produce I receive is perfect and fresh. I won’t deal with any other store. These fine humans make my day every time I deal with them.”
