“This was a 1 star review 3 years ago. Recently got in contact with a Rogers/Shaw representative, Bisi, about a Value plan for TV and Internet. After a difficult experience with Shaw years ago, I'm thoroughly impressed with the improvements with the customer service, the consultative approach, and overall improvement of their technology. Happy to say that we will be ending our contract early with SaskTel after numerous difficult experiences with poor technology, and have already signed up for Rogers/Shaw's TV and Internet. After only a few days, I have seen tremendous improvements with the technology and overall experience. Faster internet, better quality TV, and all for a better monthly price. “Today I showed up all tired and frustrated about my laptop's mystery refusal to- well, two guys at Geek Squad counter kept on chatting together, but the third was super helpful. I'll call him Antonio, kind and smooth like Banderas: asked for permission, did some magic talking with my laptop, enlisted a beautiful colleague and lady nerd provided a hot spot with her cell and, lo and behold, my laptop was just purring for them within a few minutes!
