I needed to exchange a pair of sandals twice. I was exchanging for someone else but I chose the wrong size. I was able to return them for the right size with no problem, as long as the tags were still attached. I appreciate the awesome service I received. Thank you!

When you go there, most of the popular sizes aren't available. Which is too bad. Otherwise, it's good. The person that works there is friendly and helpful

I went to the outlet store and they had lots of stock and reasonable prices on z sandals , clog sandals and friendly staff. Those are the only sandals ill wear.
