“It was one of the best customer experiences I’ve had in retail. Every employee was so kind and accommodating. As soon as I walked in the door, I was asked if I needed help. That day, I was looking for an outfit for a party and was immediately given recommendations. I was grateful for recommendations that suited my style. At other stores, I’m often just recommended whatever their bosses tell them to focus on selling, but this felt more personal, like shopping with a friend. “I had purchased a brand new pair of shoes, but there seemed to be a defect with them as they were already wearing out and the insoleg wyas peeling off after just *one* day of use.
The staff were very accommodating and allowed me to exchange my shoes for a different pair due to the defect with the shoes I initially bought.
I'm much happier with the newer shoes I have now, and I'm very happy with how reasonable and helpful the staff were with my issue!”

I was really excited that they had the ability to order them in and not use the ones that were on display so we’ll see how the pick up process is overall the staff was helpful and informative and polite, unlike the Midtown Plaza location I’m hoping my shoes come soon so I can start breaking them in for my big day. Walked by Quarks, saw they had Blundstones on display, and as it turns out, they had a FAR better and wider selection of Blundstones and the employee there was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. We ended up with the shoes we had hoped for when we went out shopping today and are so very pleased!”

“Marcks stores always have an excellent selection of products from the best brands of workwear, casual wear, beachwear, and a wide assortment of work shoes and boots at very good prices and offers.My last visit was to buy summer items. Unfortunately, there weren't many staff members to ask about the products, however, the cashier was very friendly and assisted me with everything I needed.I think people should take better care of their staff and pay more attention to the customer, like the manager used to be. Stores are gradually becoming less attentive to customers, and these mistakes have repercussions, causing customers to go to places where they can receive attentive service at the time of purchase.”
