Best gym in the city. Amazing staff, they make you feel like family. My daughter loves the Child care facility and staff. it’s great knowing my daughter is in good hands while I workout. Would recommend this gym 10/10 times.

Clean gym, equipment is always maintained or being improved/upgraded, helpful and pleasant staff, friendly environment, great for beginners as well as seasoned lifters!

Favourite gym, have been going on and off since 2022. very personable staff and lots of great equipment to use ! I’ve met many like minded people, Super thankful for the time I’ve spent at this wonderful establishment!
