“We always come here for gas when we are in the city. It has lots of pumps available. They are straightforward for usage and payment. Also, the gasoline seems of good quality. We always get premium gasoline. Here the price is only a few cents more for premium than regular is where we live! Reliable.”

“Gas stations usually have bad reputations for hiring the worst kind of staff. You’re usually greeted with bored employee who barely looks up from their phone or you get the rude one who makes you feel like a criminal for looking in the isles. BUT there is not one single employee that I have come across at this location who isn’t smiling, kind and respectful. It’s been 4/5 months living here in Caswell, this is our go to store as we prefer to give our business to those who actually do their jobs well! They are super patient and don’t rush customers when they have a lineup, they remind us to take our time and breathe. Kudos to esso for hiring the dream team! You guys have the best staff and I adore them all!”

They were very helpful and went to check the footage for me and I went to look for it and gave up and I got home and one of the cashiers had found me on fb and messaged that someone returned it to them. 10/10 service from everyone there.”

“This happened a year or two ago but I still think about this moment frequently. The staff here are absolutely wonderful and incredibly kind and understanding. I was a small 17 year old doing a delivery for my job and happened to be on E on my way back to work. I filled up with gas and went to pay only to find that I had left my wallet at work and had no money on me. The lady at the till was incredibly generous and not only offered to let me etransfer her with my phone and have her use her card to pay, but she also hot spotted me so I could use my banking app to send it. I was so close to crying and panicking in this situation but she was so patient and sweet the whole time. If she happens to see this review, thank you so incredibly much. I was just some teen on a random Tuesday to you, but you showed me genuine kindness and understanding. Sometimes a small act of kindness may not seem like a lot to you, but it could mean a world of difference to someone else. I wish you nothing but the best.”

They recently stepped it up a notch when they contacted me to let me know I forgot my lottery tickets that I purchased on a past visit. Turns out the tickets won $152 bucks. I'm not disappointed with their services and products. In addition, I got some pizzas, hotdogs, chips, and drinks at the food court for my family.
If the distance is not an issue and for newcomers or residents who are looking to explore Saskatoon, you can check it out. They have a large parking lot too.”

Wanted to use my fleet card, but wasn't pay at pump so pos machine would not accept my input, girl at cash register made several phone calls to try to sort the issue out. Most pleasant interaction we've had at a service station in as long as I can remember. Kudos to the staff.”

“Typically I would have given this place a 3 star. The washrooms and showers are really outdated. The good thing about this truck stop is they have a 24 hours Denys…. Which is excellent for truck driver that work late to have a proper meal. I think they could improve on parking and making more spots for drivers”

“When I walked I was welcomed I believe by a manager which I dont remember meeting before. I went to the coffee as I love flavored coffees. The machine was out of order sadly. This friendly manger made sure to help me with french vanilla creamer so I could make a real coffee ( not what I prefer but he was so eager to please me I went with it. ) Then I wanted the na hos and chili and cheese ( these are often emoty please refill more often. The rest of the staff was friendly and courteous. Thank you for making my day better.”

“I was in pretty desperate need of gas, so thought I would take a chance at Costco. My only reservation was how long it takes to go through the line. To my astonishment, the line moved very quickly and I was able to get a good price on fuel to boot. Too bad there isn’t one closer to where we live as I would use it much more frequently- driving 90 min to get gas is not very sensible!”
