Further to my earlier critical review of the service I had received on installed shocks, struts and brakes, at the urging of the outlet's manager I took my car in for an evaluation and the issue was corrected without hesitation or dispute. Gotta say that's service above and beyond. I WILL be back when a need arises!!!
