I came in and noticed the staff working hard to clean the store and some customers blatently throwing clothes around and onto the floor without care. I couldn't imagine putting that work day in and day out and having rude people with zero manners throwing it in your face. With that said if the staff can't keep up perhaps they need more staff to keep ontop of folding and cleanliness. Customer service was great and I found what I was looking for. I hope customers here can be more mindful of the hard work that goes into the store and try to not leave a disaster after someone just folded it.

Davin, the guy who wears spec's, doesn't know how to talk to people he behaved like he owned this place, whereas he is just working on hourly wage. He sounded so arrogant and racist. Grow up, dude, get a life.

The state of this store is disgusting. The management team needs to be promptly fired and head office needs to step in. You legitimately can’t shop here because it’s such a mess.

How is this store still in business? Completely disorganized mess. Walked through each section in shock at the state of the store. It had been years since I shopped at Old Navy and I won’t ever be back.

Store was a complete disaster. Clothes all over the floor, not organized and made shopping there a terrible experience. Couldn’t find anything by size due to the disorganization.

Attended the store on the weekend with the intention of buying my kids several sets of clothes. I ended up leaving empty handed. I can only describe the state of the store as a disaster. Piles of unfolded clothes everywhere. I could not find a t shirt without sorting through piles of clothes. One staff member trying their best to fold clothes.

Please save yourself the stress and don't bother shopping here. A huge disappointment. Went to get pants for my little boy and just left because I felt a little panicky at the amount of piles of unorganized mess. You know that the neater your store is the better your customers will be with helping it to stay that way right? And same goes for the opposite! This store is currently revolting.

The customer service is always friendly and fast at the till, but the staff struggle to keep up with the tidying up of such a huge store. Either management needs to step in or step up because it's like a constant landslide of clothing on the floor at all times.
Otherwise I appreciate their selection of workout clothes and find the quality to be decent.

What happened to this store lately? I remember this being a well organized place when our kids were younger but over the last few months it feels like I’m shopping at the city dump!
Floors are covered in clothing and the shelves are full of unfolded cloths often in piles of unmatched sizes and styles. We saw only one employee folding shirts at the front display. At the rate they were going it would take a month to sort it all out.
Cashier was pleasant but the absolutely horrible condition of this place will make us think twice before coming back.
I think the current management needs a talking to by head office.

It was easy to find what I was looking for, the changing rooms were not totally clogged up, and the customer service was great. The assistant manager Sunny was fantastic.

I love shopping at old navy.. They have a good size variety. A lot of their clothes fit me comfortably and I like it..

Absolutely awful. Employees here should be embarrassed. Piles of clothing on the floor, everything scattered throughout with 0 organization. What an absolute disappointment. It looked dirty, unruly and overwhelming. Definitely in need of new Management - possibly all new staff. Brutal.

This store was atrocious! Clothes strewn absolutely everywhere, nothing folded or organized, literally had to dig to find the jeans section for my kids. Line up incredibly long for register as well as change rooms.

Absolutely disgusting place to shop. Maybe time for new management. Nothing was organized or folded, floors haven't been cleaned in ages. Hard to shop when you need to sort through piles that feel like a teenagers bedroom.
