Got a pair of pants as a Christmas gift they were bought on sale in December, had to exchange them to get a different size of the exact same pair of pants, they would not honor the sale price and made me pay the outstanding amount. what a joke of a company.

I went to Old Navy and the whole experience was honestly a disaster. There was a BIG sign that said 60% off, super obvious, so I grabbed a tank top bodysuit. When I scanned it, the price checker said $25, which makes absolutely no sense because 60% off $35 is $14. I have no idea what kind of math they’re doing, but it’s definitely not 60% off.
Then at the till they STILL tried to charge me the wrong price. I had to argue just to get even close to what the price should’ve been. They should’ve given me the actual sale price immediately. The staff seemed totally incompetent and didn’t seem to understand what was happening at all.
I asked for a manager, and they didn’t get one. No help, no explanation, nothing.
Honestly, it felt like straight-up false advertising. If a HUGE sign says 60% off, then it should actually be 60% off. I will never go back there, and I really don’t recommend anyone else go either. No one should have to fight over basic math just to buy a bodysuit. I shouldn’t have to fight to get the sale price.

The store was so frustrating to try and shop in. Trying to find my size is almost impossible as everything seems to be heaped on the shelves, instead of folded neatly. The front of the store is presentable but as soon as you step past the first row of shelves it is a disorganized, unclean mess. And the clearance section is laughable. Things are just randomly thrown everywhere, with lots of items on the floor. When i visited the baby/toddler section, I had to dig to find items in the size I was looking for.

I walked into this store today and was appalled. I normally do pickup or order online but I figured I’d go in today. I thought it was a joke. There was stuff everywhere. It was such a frustrating shopping trip as I had two toddlers and a baby with me. We had to watch for hangers on the floor. And dig through tables to find sizes. The baby section was just trashed that an associate had to help me find a sleeper and she too was digging for size. This is so wild to me. I hope they clean up this store soon.

Soooo messy in there, so many staff just walking around not doing anything, no one approached us to ask if we needed help at all and despite the look of the store no one was cleaning. We actually slipped on a t-shirt in the aisle at one point cause clothes were all over the floor. I have never seen a store so bad like this before.
Then there was the changerooms, blocked off my a bar of clothing for some reason. So we asked a staff member if they were closed or something? She moved the bar away so we could use one and then moved it back blocking the entrance (last photo) and that was it before leaving. She didn't ask how many items, or talk to us at all, she just left. My friend tried one thing on before we just had enough and left. The rooms were so nasty she didn't want her clothes touching anything as we still had more errands to run.
Honestly was such a weird experience. Between the staff, the hazards, and the mess everywhere I don't think I'll be back anytime soon. Was very very off putting.
