I went to find a Christmas shirt for my daughter. Pricing on the west side is very inconsistent. If you find 5 of the same outfits with tags make sure to check them all for the cheaper tag as they will all be priced different. They charge more than the Walmart tags. I have better luck with the east side or just buying clothes from the store.

I assume the comments about it being ‘neat and tidy’ are from people who go first thing in the morning or else workers family. LOL, EVERYTIME I come to the west side location I’m having to clean the isle by the bikes and strollers and stuff just so I can drive my stroller down that isle. I don’t even work there! Why am I cleaning the store just so I can shop?! I absolutely hate it.Last time I went 2 days ago I also saw a baby shirt that had Walmarts clearance price of $3.75 on the tag but this store was selling it for $4. Like what?! It’s such a hit and miss here. Selling to them is a headache, they hardly give you anything for your items, BUT they also sell things fairly cheap so it is what it is. I do find clothes there everytime I go, so that makes me happy; but that mess!!!! That’s what frustrates me and makes me drive across the city to the east side location.

They say they won't take items with stains (even though none of my items were stained) and I found multiple items with stains on them and the fact they tell you "this isn't our style" while they have the exact same thing on the shelves. Definitely sell things on marketplace or buy and sell. You'll get more for your items!

First time I ever sold anything. I regret taking any of my daughter's toys there. 1 of the items sand/water table I could have sold and received the total of what they gave me, for everything they bought from me. No list of items they bought. So when I signed the paper I didn't even know what toys I was receiving back. I assumed the boxes closest to me.. so I assumed the large sand/water table the boxes were on I was receiving back as well. But nope. That item alone I could have received the $48 I was given for my items they bought, some items were new, some items used once. Very very upset. Because then they phoned asking me to bring back one of the items. I'm extremely disappointed.

3 stars because the toys are missing parts and baby gates don’t come with all components either , clothes are great price just don’t recommend getting a used baby gate .

Never ever sell your slightly used baby items with them. I regret doing that. I wish I read all the reviews first before deciding to go there.

Love Once Upon a Child! The store is so neat and tidy. The clothes are organized by size and colour. Great selection. And I feel much better buying second hand kids clothes. I will say that their consignment/buy back selection process is rather random; sometimes they don’t take items that are in good shape. But oh wells.

Found this hidden place for shopping kids stuff.Very decent price for all items, and you can TRADE IN stuff or even sell here.It is not high end top quality stuff, however, it is great price and new for whoever has babies. They carry all new good toys and clothes for different ages. For instance, 0-3 months, 1-5 year-old.If you are parents want some nice price decent items for your babies, come to this new open market.Nice and clean, also the staff works here very nice and sweet. Talk to them for specific needs

Decided to try and sell some brand new without tags diaper shirts 12 of them. 2 sleepers. 6 pairs of socks, 1 matching hat and scratch mitt, and another hat. Offered $8.95. Decided to take my stuff and donate it. Could at least offer $1 a piece of the new clothing and .50 cents per socks etc. Especially when you guys will be making a $3-$4 profit off the stuff LOL. Joke.
