Very little selection of sizes. All the change rooms are filled with storage and are too small to move around in. The staff were not helpful at all. I had to ask for every bit of help I received. You’re better off shopping online or trying another store.

Enjoyed my visit, staff were busy changing mannequins when I walked in but put me as a priority as soon as I walked in, I enjoyed the laughs provided from the staff, overall made it a good experience to shop. Would come back

We are visiting from out of the country and had to visit Roots to stock up. The customer service rep was incredibly patient and helpful. She made so many great suggestions on fit and color selection. She cheerfully helped us locate all the sizes we needed. Such a pleasant shopping experience. Totally recommend this Roots...
