He went over and above in every detail for all of us. He made sure all of our suits were dialled in and that we were looking as sharp as 4 ole farm boys could. All 4 of us were so appreciative of Barry’s work. To boot he is a hell of a good guy! Thank you Barry and your team! “I used to shy away from places like this just because I felt like I couldn't afford to shop there. Still, a year or 2 ago I bought a North Face jacket there because it was on sale for 1/2 price. Recently though, I was having issues with the jacket so I brought it in to the store to see if it could be repaired. Turns out some problems were reparable, but one wasn't. They offered to replace the jacket with a new one or refund the complete purchase price in the way of store credit. I opted for the store credit. It just so happened that they were having a 20% off sale that day as well, so they set me up with an awesome Arc'Teryx jacket that normally I would walk right by because of the price tag. The high quality of the products they sell along with their unbeatable customer service makes shopping there worth every penny you spend. Thanks to the staff and in particular the fellow who helped me (can't recall his name now). Top-notch service and I'm thrilled with my purchase! After this experience, I am a customer for life here.Update: Brought my awesome Arc’Teryx jacket in today because I was having to fiddle with zipper to get it started. Thought I would have to leave the jacket there for a couple of weeks, but Marael was so helpful! She took 5-10 minutes to replace the slide - good as new! That’s all the time it took for my partner to find a nice dress to buy, lol! Thanks Marael and Outter Limits!”
