Tellers were held up by complicated and long transactions for customers. Being a senior I cannot stand in line for long periods..There is adequate seating. I was reissued a new card, but was not given an opportunity to set up online access

I always had to wait here to get assisted. But last time I was in the branch I got assisted by a new staff named Von. He was very helpful and kind. He assisted me inside his office and helped me fixed my online banking app very patiently. Thank you for the wonderful service.
