“We want to acknowledge and thank Rita of B of M Market mall for helping my elderly uncle change his DD with CRA to expedite his tax refund (he closed out the bank account the refund was directed to and opened another). Rita went beyond just listening , but did everything she could to make the necessary changes. My Uncle left his debit card at home, forgot his password but that didn't slow down Rita. “Laurie, I hope I’m spelling that right, was so polite and helpful. I went to this RBC location on December 18th and it was so busy, the line was really long. I needed to take out some American dollars because I was flying out that day in like 4 hours. I was willing to wait the long line, but Laurie was helping those at the back with anything that could be done at the ATM. She got to me and helped me go to the one ATM that has USD, which I did not know about. I learned something new, and because of Laurie, my possibly 30 minute bank trip shortened to 10 minutes, and I was early to the airport!”
