“I went into the bank had an appointment was helped right away was asked to take a seat and the person whom I had an appointment with would be with me when she was done with her prior appointment. Once it my appointment all of my questions and concerns were met and answered and I felt better what could not be answered she was going to find out and get back as soon as she could. She was very efficient getting back to me with the all the answers and so helpful I felt so much better after I left the bank.”

“I’ll be honest, in the past I have had some minor issues however they were dealt with promptly. Ideally those issues shouldn’t have happened but we are all human. I’ve been with this particular branch for 12 years and with the nbc for 20 years. I was concerned with loosing my financial advisor to retirement and fortunately I am very pleased with the replacement I currently have. Jerome is very kind, knowledgeable, honest and goes over everything thoroughly. He is very easy to communicate with and makes sure you are confident in your investment strategies.
