“Best thrift store ever! I love the prices everything super affordable. This is the thrift store. I prefer over other thrift stores. I like how when you walk in it displays what color of the tags and it’s 50% off. And the staff are super friendly when I engage with them. I’m on a weight loss journey and I’ve been shopping for smaller clothes at the store when they go on 50% off.”

“Unlike many used clothing stores, the CWL Clothing depot is non-profit, volunteer-run, and 100% of sales go to charitable causes, such as the United Way. You will also find things other than clothing there --lamps, toys and games, dinnerware, Christmas trees, etc. etc.”

“Amazing place to find all kinda of things from clothing to knick nacks you didn't know you needed. Great variety of many different things. Great staff, atmosphere, and location. I visit at least once a week.”

“I love making weekly trips to Mission Thrift for one reason -- to check out the sewing patterns! Fabricland will no longer be carrying paper patterns, and this is the only thing that gets me in the door. But once I'm there I also check out sewing notions, fabric, accessories, books, etc., and I've found some real gems. IMHO, everything is reasonably priced, with exception to the linens (tablecloths, bedding) section.”

“This Value Village is honestly great but with a few adjustments it could be amazing.
First, mostly of the staff are excellent. Especially the ones who work the checkout. I actually look forward to seeing the same faces frequently because they're so warm and welcoming.
Second, the store is clean and organized (except the toys, but let's be honest, the kids tear it up immediately) I feel like this location puts pride in keeping the store in order.
However, there are items that get donated that are clearly stolen from other stores. It is not ethical to re-sell items with other store logos on them that use those items in their business. It isn't nice when an employee is defensive and ready to argue when the topic is brought up EXTREMELY softly and gently. Its just the courteous thing to do: call the store and ask. In return, your reputation will excel and connections will be made.
Finally, it is very obvious when a Barbie's head is not attached to their body. It would be a kindness to your customers to just throw the doll away and not trick them into purchasing a doll with no neck that was shoved on to hide the broken connection. This happens every week. But don't worry because the other location will try to sell a half chewed doll for 6 bucks so you are beating them.
Someone really needs to be more fair about the books. 5 Lizzie McGuire books shouldn't all be different prices. That math is not mathing.

Otherwise this location is better than the other by FAR and better than most other thrift stores in the city. Despite my criticisms, it would really be sad to not have this location. Whoever runs it is doing a good job. I wish both locations communicated because the Circle Drive location does not have the same warmth. And it's not because of the customers.”

“Very clean and organized. The racks are nicely spaced out so people can walk in between them without being crowded by other shoppers. Very friendly amd helpful staff!”
