Got to the change rooms at 5:30. They were blocked off so we stood there for a few mins before asking to be let in. The girl we asked said the change rooms were closed because they were getting ready to close. It was 530 and they closed at 6.. Change rooms should be open until close. Won't be back

Hi my fav urban planet store is in confederation mall saskatoon and the customer service is the best I have ever encountered ! I'm a huge shopper and have shopped that store for years..I'm finally doing a review because this store and the individuals om about to mention deserve a huge shout out!Glory a beautiful girl in there that' helps me every time, April another beautiful girl who is so sweet and takes the time to find me stuff even over the phone, and Rupert another sweet soul who is such good energy !! Thanks urban planet and these amazing beings for making my experience fabulous everytime I shop there!!Kerri

There was a discount but when it was time to pay I checked the receipt and the discount wasn’t there so I was really disappointed and one employee said I was fat!!! What is this customer service!!! It’s so wrong.

They put a discount price on the clothes, but when I came to pay, there was no discount. I noticed this when I checked my receipt. I mentioned it to the cashier and returned the items I had purchased. I asked for a refund, but they refused to do so, but offered the gift card and wanted to collect my personal information name-last name, address, phone, etc. - W/T/F? NEVER come to your store again!

Zero star not even one, the worst service at the urban planet in the Confederation Dr location the staff there are very disrespectful, my baby opened one of the nails boxes and I didn’t pay attention that she opened one, then all the employees came one of them took a picture of us and they start saying that if we are not paying attention to our baby we are not allowed to buy from that store. bad service

One of my favourite stores. Clean, organized,friendly staff, huge selection. The only downfall is the store is geared towards younger people. Sometimes it's pretty hard to find an xlarge or a large. For being a woman over 50, I don't want to wear crop tops, or revealing stuff, or skin tight jeans. But they make up for it in fleece sweaters,sweatpants, lounge clothes ,etc. I absolutely love the clearance section. It's filled with past seasons clothes and shoes. You can buy things for $10,$5 and $2. It's an awesome deal.
