About Urban Planet
Urban Planet is a popular retail store known for its clean and organized layout, friendly staff, and a wide selection of clothing at low prices. Customers appreciate the helpfulness of the team, including standout employees who provide excellent service. The store offers great deals, especially in the clearance section, where shoppers can find items for as low as $2. However, some customers note that the store's inventory tends to cater more to younger shoppers, making it challenging for older individuals to find larger sizes or styles that suit their preferences. Additionally, while the prices are appealing, customers have expressed concerns about the return policy, which does not allow for cash refunds. Overall, Urban Planet provides a positive shopping experience, particularly for those looking for trendy and affordable clothing.

Great store in confederation mall.
Bought low cut socks as I have swollen feet.
All I do is put a slit in the front so my ankles can expand.
They are perfect. Thank You.and the staff are very helpful.

One of the best places to go during the weekends or any time for new clothes. They always have trendy clothing and new things atleast once a month. New manager is very nice and good at managing. Store is small but very well pleasing. Very well recommended
