“I have shopped at Laura’s for many years and have always been very pleased with my purchases and the staff. A couple weeks ago I purchased a dress and decided to return it as it didn’t work for me. When I went to return it I was informed that I could only exchange it for another item as it was a special occasion dress I was not told this when I purchased it and there is nothing special about the dress. I didn’t see anything that would replace it so kept it. I was disappointed but will be more aware next time. Everyone should be aware of this when they are shopping.”

“Gap factory outlet is a good clothing store with huge variety for everyone age and gender. It's near to Walmart, cabela and other shopping centers. I went there with my kids for school clothes shopping and they were very excited to have the stuff they wanted. There was offers on various clothing sections and good collection as well. I have visited this store several times but the last visit was amazing because kids were happy to get their stuff. Parking facility is available near the store but no public washrooms are available. Staff is also helpful to find the stuff one needs.”
“It was one of the best customer experiences I’ve had in retail. Every employee was so kind and accommodating. As soon as I walked in the door, I was asked if I needed help. That day, I was looking for an outfit for a party and was immediately given recommendations. I was grateful for recommendations that suited my style. At other stores, I’m often just recommended whatever their bosses tell them to focus on selling, but this felt more personal, like shopping with a friend. “Roots is an iconic Canadian clothing brand. This is their location at Midtown in Saskatoon on the ground floor. It has a nice selection of men's and women's apparel, with a decent area of sales items towards the back of the store. Pricing is moderate and comparable to a Gap or Banana Republic. Staff is friendly and I really liked the look and quality of the half-zip sweatshirt that I bought here.”
