Ardene offers a friendly shopping experience with lovely staff who provide exceptional customer service. Customers appreciate the warm atmosphere and the helpfulness of the associates, especially when resolving issues with online orders. The new location is a big improvement, making visits more enjoyable. However, the store's layout can be overwhelming due to the large amount of clothing, with items crammed onto hangers, which sometimes makes shopping difficult. While prices are reasonable, shoppers are encouraged to check out the discount racks for better deals. Overall, Ardene is a neat and tidy store with plenty of options for fashion lovers.
Lovely staff! I had an issue with an online order and an associate got help from her manager and resolved it right away!🤩🤩🤩Overall very helpful and friendly, store always looked neat and tidy everytime I visit!
