The owners are extremely personable, warm and friendly, and your best care is their top priority. Also, they are just a text or phone call away, and respond quickly to your text or voicemail eagerly to accommodate your needs. They raised the bar on what storage companies should offer in all the aforementioned departments. I am disappointed in the storage facilities I researched when moving to another location just recently. It’s much like More Room Storage, but is definitely not maintained at the same level of quality, and if you need assistance with your lock, you’re own your own and at the mercy of a locksmith’s schedule and pricing if you’re fortunate to find one that is local.
