“I would highly recommend the Edgefield location. After noticing suspicious charges on my 72-year-old disabled mother’s bank statement from the Greenwood Highway 72 location, I reached out to discuss the situation. Unfortunately, the representative there was rude and defensive, frequently interrupting and dismissing my concerns. Despite my attempts to follow up and apologize, I received no support or compassion. After that, I contacted the Edgefield location, where I had the pleasure of speaking with Joyce. She was incredible—professional, kind, and empathetic. Joyce took the time to listen to my concerns, offer advice, and truly gave me peace of mind. While I don’t currently need a storage unit, I would absolutely recommend this location. Joyce exemplifies outstanding customer service and people skills.””

“We had a great experience at Emerald Rd Self Storage. It started off a little bumpy but they made up for it. I would refer them to everyone and the location is very convenient. It's about 5 miles from my home. Also, before I decided on this storage , she told me exactly how far I was from it. I would give them 10+ stars if I could.”
“Very affordable monthly pricing for units. Although they are not temperature controlled, they are well sealed and I have had no issues with any belongings stored in the past few months.”

“I don't tend to leave many reviews unless someone went out of their way to help me when they absolutely didn't need to. Kelly the manager here has gone above and beyond what is expected of a manager of a storage unit. I had a personal tragedy strike, and was at a point of losing all of my belongings. Not only did Kelly say the most kind words possible at that time, but help me figure out a few options to make sure that everything worked out. Every storage place has the same thing to offer, but this store space has Kelly. She is worth the price of admission and I truly hope all of her bosses understand who they have working for them. Thank you Kelly, your kind words and actions helped me more than you will ever know!!!”
