“Storage Zion has been nothing but a blessing to me. It helped me to navigate through my past to my future. I thank God the excellent customer service I received from your professional, prompt and knowledgeable staff. Shout to the guy name Mr Henry and lady who name is Sheneka for helping me to move from one unit to a bigger size it was Great Birthday gift to me…the unforgettable kindness and memories are priceless. I love the service and I will refer again. Keep the Great Customer Services Manifesting.”
“I would highly recommend the Edgefield location. After noticing suspicious charges on my 72-year-old disabled mother’s bank statement from the Greenwood Highway 72 location, I reached out to discuss the situation. Unfortunately, the representative there was rude and defensive, frequently interrupting and dismissing my concerns. Despite my attempts to follow up and apologize, I received no support or compassion. After that, I contacted the Edgefield location, where I had the pleasure of speaking with Joyce. She was incredible—professional, kind, and empathetic. Joyce took the time to listen to my concerns, offer advice, and truly gave me peace of mind. While I don’t currently need a storage unit, I would absolutely recommend this location. Joyce exemplifies outstanding customer service and people skills.””
“The staff was SO kind and patient with me. They made moving seamless and communicated with me throughout the entire process. The facility was clean and Ash made sure I knew exactly where I was going!”

“We had a great experience at Emerald Rd Self Storage. It started off a little bumpy but they made up for it. I would refer them to everyone and the location is very convenient. It's about 5 miles from my home. Also, before I decided on this storage , she told me exactly how far I was from it. I would give them 10+ stars if I could.”
“Very affordable monthly pricing for units. Although they are not temperature controlled, they are well sealed and I have had no issues with any belongings stored in the past few months.”
