“I stopped in to get a headlight replaced while visiting Aiken. I had been told by a few places in another the city that the industry estimated repair time would be over 45 minutes due to having to move several items in the engine compartment. I was treated warmly when entering and told to bring my dog in while waiting. She even gave her treats and belly rubs. The technician took my keys to drive the truck to the shop for an estimate. He returned less than 10 minutes later and I joked that he must be finished. HE WAS!!!!! They did not try to gouge me with the industry standard and simply charged me for the bulb. I reminded them that I did not live in the area so no repeat business opportunities. They simply laughed and said that would be it.
Thanks so much for the great service and honesty to an out-of-towner.”

“After taking my brand new car to the dealership, I was told I'd have to spend thousands of dollars for things I didn't think was necessary. I'm no mechanic, so I begrudgingly agreed. And after waiting for hours after the time they assured me it would be done, I found out they couldn't even fix the thing I brought it in for in the first place.
A month or two later, my car sounds terrible and Everytime I brake, I fear the tires might explode.
So I stopped by Precision Tune Auto Care in North Augusta as they were getting close to closing up shop for the day.
But luckily for us, they couldn't have been more helpful. They quickly took a look at it and discovered that the dealership barely tightened any of my bolts around my tires and brakes. Some bolts weren't even there. So thank you PTAC for swiftly dealing with the solution and not overcharging us.”
“My friends and I have been going to Tyler tire for many years now. They do much more than just tires. However, they do not do anything you do with the exhaust system. They are always very courteous, and Bambi is a joy to talk to. An added benefit to using Tyler tire is they do not charge you for assessing the vehicle unless they have to put the computer on it. If they do put the computer on it, it only cost a minimal fee of $50. I highly recommend Tyler tire to anybody within the Aiken area. I would suggest, though, going to the store on Richland avenue, and not the one on whiskey road”

“Just an oil change but the best service the last people who did an oil change cross threaded the plug and the identified and showed me corrected the threads . They told me about my battery and gave suggestions on how to resolve the drainage. They also gave me a tires replacement quote with four wheel alignment quote.
I will be back great community car repair.”

“Johnny and Tyler's Tire & Auto Center are OUTSTANDING and the BEST around! They were willing to take me in today 9/25/25 without an appointment. While I was waiting in the lobby, Johnny came into the shop and asked who had the car with all its brake lights still on. I said it was mine and explained that's why I brought my car in to them immediately. I also requested if they could please disconnect my car's battery to prevent further drain if they couldn't get to my car soon. Understanding the situation, Johnny immediately found my service ticket and personally drove my car into the service bay to have it repaired ASAP (he immediately diagnosed the problem!)!

“Since I purchased this vehicle recently without knowing past service history I wanted to take it to a shop that would give me a fair summary of what my car may need in the way of repair and or maintenance. I read reviews and ended up taking my vehicle to Hallmans Auto Service. I spoke to the owner, Danny, and explained my request. He listened to my story and he would be glad to check everything I had on a list. I could not be more happy with his understanding and honesty in accessing my car. He checked everything and only repaired one item that needed repair, a leak in a radiator hose due to a prior incorrect installation. He told me that all other items on my list were recently repaired, replaced or not yet needing attention. Keep in mine this is a 100k auto which I did not have any history. He could have serviced brakes, transmission, plugs, exhaust, filters, etc. I would have not have know that these things did not require service. Danny, however was the professional, honest person I was looking for to give me a true picture of my vehicle condition. He was very thorough and I could not be more pleased with my visit. This is a service shop you can trust and count on to take good care of you and your vehicle!”
