βC and C is the best. I took my truck in this morning to have a starter put on which would have been a little expensive but when I called to check to see if it was ready they told me they checked everything out and it was just a ground wire that came loose or off. This is an honest company. A dishonest company could have easily put on a new starter and charged me $1300 and I would have never known. Thank you c and c for being an honest company because there are a lot that's not. This was my first time going there but it's definitely not my last. I'm a loyal customer for life!!!β

My experience with Progressive was terrible. What should have been a straightforward Tesla repair turned into weeks of frustration, arguments over proper repair procedures, and constant stress. I felt like I was fighting my own insurance company just to get my car fixed correctly. Throughout the claims process I got information that conflicted with earlier statements or was later contradicted by the facts. Their reps made false and disparaging statements about Christina, and it seemed like they had a genuine grudge against doing the repair the right way.
Christina and Classic Collision were the complete opposite.
As a Tesla-certified estimator, Christina stood by Tesla's repair standards and refused to compromise her judgment, even under pressure to accept repairs she didn't believe met those standards. Rather than addressing her technical concerns on their merits, Progressive representatives frequently dismissed or minimized her expertise. She never changed her story, never took the easy route, and never sacrificed her certifications for convenience. She treated me with respect, kept me informed, and advocated for proper repairs from start to finish. Many of the concerns Progressive dismissed turned out to be legitimate, which made watching her get minimized that much more frustrating.
The whole Classic Collision team deserves credit. Despite the obstacles in the claims process, they kept fighting to repair the vehicle correctly, made sure my Tesla was fixed to the proper standard, and didn't leave me holding the bill for the disputed costs. That level of service and integrity is rare.
Progressive made this far harder than it needed to be. Christina and Classic Collision are the only reason it ended well. If I ever need collision work again, I'll come back without hesitation and recommend Christina to every Tesla owner I know.
And if anyone from Tesla reads this: Christina Cadle is exactly the kind of professional you want representing your brand. She deserves recognition and advancement, and at the very least a substantial Christmas bonusβ
βI had a great experience at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers. The service was fast, professional, and everyone was friendly from the moment I arrived. A special shoutout goes to Carl, who was an excellent technician. He was knowledgeable, hardworking, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. Carl explained what was being done to my vehicle and made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. It’s not every day you find someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service. I highly recommend Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance. Thanks again to Carl and the team for a job well done!β

βTyler McNall and his entire crew (there are two Austins) are an amazing set of technicians and people. Well-connected to get parts quickly from suppliers to get you back on the road. I never like that I need repairs but I am always happy I have this team to help!β
βI took my reliable 2006: Mitsubishi Pick up Truck to them off a recommendation. They took time an patience to trace the problem it took some time to find the wires but other shops couldn't even do it that I had already checked an the ones that could they were extremely high . I was very pleased with the customer service from the owner to staff and the price was very reasonable I left with some money in my wallet . I will definitely return to them in the future !β

βScott was awesome. Brought my box truck in for catalytic converter. He listened to it driving it into the bay and told me it did not need a catalytic converter. Saved me lots of money. Actually had someone else do the repair. And Scott was very helpful diagnosing the problem. Very professional. Will definitely be back for any future Muffler needs.β

βWe are so grateful for Nolton, Nick, and his team at Boy Scout Road Tire & Auto! We discovered that my husbands older truck had a pretty significant issue. We reached out about the truck and mentioned what we were told the diagnosis was from the dealer (where we initially took it due to it being a Saturday when this started). Nolton immediately gave insight on the issue & diagnosis we were given. After dropping the truck, they were able to look at it and give us an updated diagnosis very quickly. There were several things that needed to be worked on but throughout the whole process, we received completely honest feedback. We were told what the critical issue was, that we brought it in for initially, but also received other feedback about a couple of other things that also needed to be repaired. With that being said, we weren’t pressured to fix everything in one shot. In fact, they even wrote the quotes out separately for what was critical and what was not, which was super helpful! While getting everything put back together in the truck, they came across a missing part. Nolton knew we needed the car back by a certain day and went out of his way to get the part last minute, and made sure we got the truck back when promised. All around great experience—very reasonably priced & friendly staff, who made us feel reassured throughout the process & always seemed happy to help answer the questions that we had!β

βFirst time to take my 2020 CR-V to Manny's for service, but he'll be the only one who works on it in the future! When I walked up and said the maintenance minder said B-1-3, he knew immediately what service I needed. Total price was far less than posted price at the dealership.β

βI took my wife tire to get patched at GA tire, they fixed it but didn't give back my wife's cap for tire, Mr. Cc did not put back on the correct cap for tire, I did not realize it till I got home. I still have y'all a 5 star rating, but am going back down tomorrow morning to get cap. My wife is not happy about itβ

βThis is the best hidden gem of a car wash in Augusta. The staff always wave at my kids. The wash is high quality. There are always a ton of clean towels to clean your windows and the vacuums suck (get it?)β
βTook my vehicle in to get looked and they have experienced techs who can find the problem and actually come up with a solution. I the same vehicle to EVANS KIA for like 3 months and they just wanted to throw part at it and charge me a diagnostic each time. I would definitely recommend this place over the Evans location.β

βIt's alittle tight but put 2 new tires on and remounted a third one to a different position, all in a matter of minutes and at a very decent price.

βI was in town to visit friends when the low tire light came on. I tried a gas station air machine but lost my $3 when the machine would not work! Mavis had a free air machine & the manager was very kind to ask if I needed help, even though I was not a paying customer. He offered several suggestions if the tires went down again, & told me to come back & they would check out the tires.β
