“EVERY time I visit this branch for a personal matter, there is a lady named Mrs. Sherry Hightower. She is the nicest, most humble, helpful and respectful lady. She had has took time out to help me no matter how long it takes her. If she couldn't resolve the matter, she calls for help to double check and make it happen. I've never been disappointed with her. There is always new faces whenever I have to go inside, but she is one fave that never changes. I always feel confident that I'll get the right answers when I see her face come thru her office door.
