“We want to give a huge thank you to Pablo (Manager) , Ken, and Brandon at the Aiken Home Depot. They truly went above and beyond to help us, even when they didn’t have to! After having a disappointing experience the night before at another location where no one seemed willing to help, this team completely turned things around for us.

They were patient, professional, kind, and made sure to help us try to locate an item that was online saying that they had one, but no one could find it. They took up time to try to help us find it willing to search before just telling us sorry the system says one, but we can’t find it. It’s rare to find employees and managers who genuinely care about customer service the way they did. Their willingness to help and positive attitudes did not go unnoticed, and we really appreciate the extra effort they put in.

“We went in Tractor today looking for a metric tool set, that we seen online, I believe Mr. John is the store Manager, well he made sure to help us look he even reached out to out to one of his employees that wasn’t at work to see if he knew where it was, we still couldn’t find it. So as we was leaving getting to the end of the parking lot to make a right, he ran outside to stop us & let us knew he find what we was looking for that’s what u call a wonderful employee & the best experience we had to say that was our first time going in, thanks again Mr. John”
