“Even though they didn’t have exactly what we were looking for this morning for winter storm prep, I was genuinely moved by what I saw and I'm fairly new still to the Aiken area. The owner/manager was sending some of his employees out with Brunswick stew to check on a couple of elderly customers before the storm. That kind of care and community mindset is rare and says everything about this business. I will absolutely go out of my way to shop at Goldman’s True Value Hardware in the future. This is the kind of local store worth supporting.”

“Really good place for inexpensive tools and consumables (tape, grinding disks, sandpaper) things like that. The staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They have really good sales here and there. You should sign up for the Inside Track Club if you buy stuff often, It's a subscription (yearly or 2 year) but you get some super coupons and early access to some special buys, it's definitely worth the money. The staff is definitely the best part of the Store in Aiken SC. Great place, go check it out and I'm sure you will agree.”

“Nice new store with someone greeting you are the door to help. Great grilling section with lots of rubs and spices and Recteq, Big Green Egg, Traeger, Blackstone amd Weber grills. Well done. Location wasn't ideal...wish they were in a better plaza.”

After having a disappointing experience the night before at another location where no one seemed willing to help, this team completely turned things around for us.

They were patient, professional, kind, and made sure to help us try to locate an item that was online saying that they had one, but no one could find it. They took up time to try to help us find it willing to search before just telling us sorry the system says one, but we can’t find it. It’s rare to find employees and managers who genuinely care about customer service the way they did. Their willingness to help and positive attitudes did not go unnoticed, and we really appreciate the extra effort they put in.

“Parking can be tricky, check out lines can be long but otherwise the staff is nice and most products seem to be in stock . Nothing to say wow about and nothing to get mad about sooo I gave it three stars which means this place is just ok”

Wendy and Asia have provided us each time we been there with kindness, empathy, and FABULOUS customer care. They go out of their way to make sure each customer is taken care of. The temperature has been so hot and the garden center is busy but there is no wait time because the department is managed so well! Thank you all especially for showing that you care!
