“Nice new store with someone greeting you are the door to help. Great grilling section with lots of rubs and spices and Recteq, Big Green Egg, Traeger, Blackstone amd Weber grills. Well done. Location wasn't ideal...wish they were in a better plaza.”
“Mostly you can usually find decent tools here. Watch out for a hand tools that are made in China. Many years ago I bought a hammer here, and when I went to pull a nail, the handle simply just broke. On the upside I bought several power tools here that are still lasting. I really like the Central pneumatic air compressors. And their guns are not too bad. The worst one in my opinion would be the coil roofing nailer. It seems to want to jam every few nails. Also I bought some security lights that were solar-powered, they did not last more than a few months so be careful about the electronic stuff you buy from here. Otherwise it's a decent place to get inexpensive tools most of which work some of which do not last very long”
“Parking can be tricky, check out lines can be long but otherwise the staff is nice and most products seem to be in stock . Nothing to say wow about and nothing to get mad about sooo I gave it three stars which means this place is just ok”
“We want to give a huge thank you to Pablo (Manager) , Ken, and Brandon at the Aiken Home Depot. They truly went above and beyond to help us, even when they didn’t have to! After having a disappointing experience the night before at another location where no one seemed willing to help, this team completely turned things around for us.
They were patient, professional, kind, and made sure to help us try to locate an item that was online saying that they had one, but no one could find it. They took up time to try to help us find it willing to search before just telling us sorry the system says one, but we can’t find it. It’s rare to find employees and managers who genuinely care about customer service the way they did. Their willingness to help and positive attitudes did not go unnoticed, and we really appreciate the extra effort they put in.

“I love this place so much and I plan to buy new toilets for my future Vacuum center in Barnwell SC soon also I plan to have the GE washer and dryer set for the Vacuum center as well so I can wash dirty outer vacuum bags.”
