Went as a walk-in late morning on a Saturday. We had a screw in a tire from the day before (construction on I-20 near Atlanta) and were driving on our spare. Justin greeted us at the tire reception desk, listened to our situation, and gave us great advice and a transparent window of 2 hours for the tire patch.

Before they started the primary patch, Bohdan even took time to show us the balancing issue with our spare and possible solutions. He was extremely helpful.

Also found out that they replaced the valve stem for us and finished 30 minutes early. Because we had the tires installed at Sam's there was no charge, incl. the valve stem replacement. Impressed with the service, as well as the communication from Justin and Bohdan.”
