Lydia was absolutely amazing. Soon as I entered she immediately stopped to help me. She was very transparent about my billing and helped me get what I needed. Lawson was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable but more importantly he showed empathy. I have been a customer service supervisor for over 20 years and I truly appreciate when I see a person having incredible customer service skills. Lawson deserves praise for how he treats customers.
