My Customer Service Professional was Tiffany and that what she was totally professional and knowledgeable about AT&T products and services because I had a problem I need resolved with 2 phones one was an IPhone the other one was a Samsung galaxy and she fix the problem with ease I was totally satisfied 10 Stars across the board she set the bar for a incredible satisfied experience at an AT&T Store I would totally recommend AT&T Products and this store to my family and friends

Awful customer service from an older man named Ronnie. He was interested in helping us pay the bill but that was only one issue of many we needed help with. He made sure to shoo us off the kiosk in a rude way telling us we were holding up other people. No one was there. He said a man just walked into the bathroom and maybe he wanted to use it. (He didn’t want to use it as he didn’t use it when he came back.) Ronnie kept talking over me and to the next customer when we weren’t done. He kept insisting we were done because the bill was paid. Eventually, I said to my mother who I was there with “he’s clearly done with us”. He proceeded to get defensive and argumentative without actually answering our questions. We had an issue with switching from Uverse to Air and he matter-of-factly told me that he’s been working there 22 years and never heard of it. I had to download the app and get help from another employee who was very nice. Ronnie made the experience so much more difficult than it had to be.

Cara was amazing and patient with our thousand questions. Even if we asked them more than once. She put up with the 4 of us talking over each other. And spent a lot of time with us. Right up till closing. Never once did she show frustration. She deserves a medal. She also handled us with humor which made the time go fast. You need more employees like her!!

Undecided. Store experience was OK...I think I left my cord there. I'm interested to see if AT&T wireless is affordable enough and works well enough when I travel. Chris and Gage are great!
