“No problems. However, I just returned my car and there were many very unhappy customers for numerous reasons in front and behind me. I believe the girl working the counter was named Lexis or Alexis. She was the only one working. The place was very busy, but she kept her composer, greeted everyone with a big smile and did her best to keep everyone taken care of. From what i witnessed, she deserves a raise!”

“I book here often. Usually they never have the car I’ve reserved (truck or premium suv). I typically reserve weeks in advanced. However, they have never left me without a rental and we figure out something that is comparable. Either another SUV or a van. I’m worried one day I go and they won’t have anything bigger but only smaller… that is when this will be an issue for me. Devin is usually who helps me and he is great! I know the inventory issue isn’t his fault. He is able to multitask and help 2 customers at once when it becomes busy. It would be VERY convenient if there was an after hour key drop. I live 40 minutes away so having to drop off when they are open is difficult for me to arrange with someone else that can pick me up/drop me off. Usually I end up making multiple trips.”

“The team was prompt and friendly throughout my experience. They picked me up from the body shop and had everything ready for me. I was only in the office for a couple of minutes and then back on the road. They gave me a high-quality car with a full tank of gas. They also made sure I knew how to work everything in the car since the tech was a little more advanced than my personal car. I left something important behind when I turned in the car and they were quick about calling me so I could come retrieve it. Top notch team all around!”
