Based on the reviews, Enterprise Rent-A-Car has excellent service at some locations. Pickup and drop-off were super fast and smooth. The staff showed great professionalism and treated customers with respect. At one busy location, a girl working the counter kept her composer, greeted everyone with a big smile, and did her best to take care of everyone. At another location, a driver provided excellent service and a call was received about left items, which were held. The pricing was upfront and the rental process was fast. Customers definitely recommend these locations and would use them again.

I’ve never been a fan of the rental car process but these guys are A1! Pickup was super fast and drop off even faster. I’m very appreciative of the professionalism of the staff on site. I definitely recommend this location!

We took my daughter in law to get a rental and the guy that waited on her did an excellent job didn't take too long.
