Comfort Suites Anderson-Clemson presents a mixed experience for guests. The hotel features a beautiful lobby, clean rooms with convenient amenities like multiple USB ports, and an indoor pool. Its location is convenient, with a movie theater and several restaurants within walking distance. Many staff members are noted as super great, kind, considerate, helpful, and friendly, often going out of their way to assist guests, especially in difficult situations.
However, significant issues are reported. Some rooms had problems with air-conditioning that wouldn't get cool enough, a stopped-up sink, and blinds that would not close. A major point of contention involves management, specifically described as very rude, argumentative, and having a horrible attitude, including yelling and screaming. There are serious allegations of false accusations regarding smoking and attempts to charge fees, leading to one guest calling the establishment a "dump." Incidents of a dirty room and unclean towels have also occurred.
While many guests appreciate the kind staff and clean, well-equipped rooms, experiences with management and maintenance problems create a stark contrast in service quality.
Room was super clean, very quiet and I will definitely use it again next visit. It almost look brand new it was so well maintained. Very reasonably priced.
