It features a state-of-the-art gate system, video surveillance, and a brightly lit facility for security. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, able to help select the right sized unit and even move you in over the phone. They offer convenient gate and office hours, month to month leases, and packing and moving supplies. The price is very good. However, some customers report difficulties contacting the local office, being placed on hold and disconnected, and not receiving callbacks regarding issues or refunds. Despite this, many would definitely recommend this place for both short-term or long-term storage.
Interaction in the phone was excellent. Storage itself is fine. I got climate controlled and it is secure and as advertised. No office on site. It’s all done online. Well planned except it was unclear how to get out of the place. A sign would have been helpful. Good value in my opinion.

Seems like this the only way to get anyone from the local office to call me. I hate to go online and make a review. I need someone to please call me back about my unit. I’ve tried calling the number listed several times but it places me on hold and finally hangs up. I’ve called since last Friday.

Had what appeared to be homeless person in unit next to one I rented. Smelled of urine. Cancelled reservation and called local site manager/receptionist. Said they would check on getting me a refund and get back to me. A week later and no response.
