“You can't get better than these guys! We have been through several storage unit facilities and Eagle storage is by far the best. The facility is so clean, well maintained and easily accessible. Then the staff, talk about true customer service and caring. They are responsive, kind and considerate of their unit tenants. I only wish they had a facility in Lynchburg, VA now too.”
“Just a safe place to keep my stuff. I’ve missed a payment once. Had a gate problem once. Everything has always been fixed with one phone call. I’ve never felt like they are going to sell my stuff or worried that my stuff isn’t safe. I do still ask every once in a while, “you’ll call me if I don’t respond to an email right” they always say yes.”
“Good management for straightforward storage. They have access to renters insurance, security on-site, and they respond when you have questions/concerns. Highly recommend if you need affordable storage in the area! Storage is storage and these folks do it well and for a good budget!”

“Baby when I tell you Chris help me out so much I got railroaded at the mini mall storage in Columbia South Carolina on hardscrabble road didn't know what to do because my belongings God damaged by rats The manager there did not want to help me so I called the one in Anderson South Carolina and Chris help me out so much he explained everything to me in a respectable way stayed on the phone with me for over 30 minutes send messages to resolve my problem I love him and y'all need to keep him and give that man a raise he is beautiful”
“The service I received was excellent. I can't think of the lady's name who answers the phone calls, but she is super nice and very helpful. The guy in maintenance was also very accommodating and actually came back around to check if I needed any help loading my things.
( I was working alone)
I'd say you've got a great team there. If I ever need to rent a unit again, I will come to Eagle.

“I have used this company on several occasions. On two separate occasions and had them set up and delivered. The process was flawless. And Denise was pivotal in this role. On three other occasions I have used them to relocate sheds for me. The delivery staff is incredible with communication. They do a great job when setting up and leveling the bldg. Thry were very patient when helping me vhoose the best slot for relocation. Im very Happy to say we've been doing business for 5 years and look forward to the next five.”
