“The Facility in my city is Clean, new and well lighted. The Isles are little narrow but navigable, hand carts sometimes hard to locate when in use, They have increased however the number of carts. I had minor difficulties getting through the gate and into the building initially, but this was probably due to my lack of technology using WiFi. I paid for the whole month, I moved out within first 8 days. I thought I should have gotten a rebate for the unused portion of this month. After discussing with the Management, they did work with me on a resolution. This company advertises they appreciate your business and after discussing my situation and their resolution, I would rent from StoreEase Company again. Thanks Mark Anderson for all of your help in this matter.”

“It's nice and secure. Staff is nice also. Only gave it 4 stars bc I haven't been a customer very long. But so far so good.UPDATE 6/8/23: I thought it was going to be THE place to stay with but every 6 months (felt less than that actually), the price went up and in the end, when I was finally able to move out, the price per month had become almost $200! What started out somewhere around $89/ month. How in the %$#@ could rent for an 10X12 storage bldg go up so high and it be legal?? I understand inflation, but that was insane.”

“I used these people for 2 yrs to store my things after the passing of my mom. The lady Mrs Charlotte that runs the place is super nice and well honestly she was like a mom figure to me and actually cared to carry a conversation about my journey through life, the place is really clean and they spray for pests like 3 times a week. And have decent prices, go rent with them today you won't want to go anywhere else again!”
