The facility is easily accessible off of North Main Street and Mauldin Street and provides clean storage units. It features a state-of-the-art gate system, video surveillance, and a brightly lit facility for security. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, able to help select the right sized unit and even move you in over the phone. They offer convenient gate and office hours, month to month leases, and packing and moving supplies. The price is very good. However, some customers report difficulties contacting the local office, being placed on hold and disconnected, and not receiving callbacks regarding issues or refunds. Despite this, many would definitely recommend this place for both short-term or long-term storage.
The property manager, Angela, showed us several sizes of storage units and helped us decide which was best for us. Great customer service, clean facility that is ran professionally. Will recommend to others.
