Interaction in the phone was excellent. Storage itself is fine. I got climate controlled and it is secure and as advertised. No office on site. It’s all done online. Well planned except it was unclear how to get out of the place. A sign would have been helpful. Good value in my opinion.

Gave me a codes that didn't work for gate someone felt sympathy for me and let me in I went to unit a light was out had to load unit in darkness when finished called to see if the issue was resolved with gate code nope gave me more numbers that didn't work try to do remotely didn't work basically I was left in the dark right along with my unit

Seems like this the only way to get anyone from the local office to call me. I hate to go online and make a review. I need someone to please call me back about my unit. I’ve tried calling the number listed several times but it places me on hold and finally hangs up. I’ve called since last Friday.

Had what appeared to be homeless person in unit next to one I rented. Smelled of urine. Cancelled reservation and called local site manager/receptionist. Said they would check on getting me a refund and get back to me. A week later and no response.

They promote themselves through Facebook using false advertisement with unrealistic affordable prices just to click bait you into looking at their website. 10/10 works not recommend

Unfortunately I'm changing my experience with storage of a america the agent told me my first month is free not that it was prorated for the rest of April and May 1st I would pay my regular amount so I recommend to everyone don't use storage of America even when I ask to speak to a supervisor they told me I couldn't since the storage facility where my things are stored are closed today

A safe and clean place to store your things. The staff is very helpful and it's easy to pay my unit rental every month. I would definitely recommend this place anyone who's looking for somewhere to store their personal items, even if it is only for a short time or for the long term.

Had a really great experience securing storage at the one on Main Street at Mauldin. Peter was very knowledgeable and helpful at explaining everything and helping me understand my options. Very good price too. Would definitely recommend.

We have to punch in our code multiple times before the gate opens. Makes us think we will be stuck not able to get out. Numbers on units aren’t easy to read.
