However, that was not an option but I reached out to Ms Lindsey Wallace from the Aynor branch who was very polite and helpful. Ms Lindsey was able to have Ms Brooke Staples from the call center call me back immediately. Within minutes of talking to Ms Brooke I was able to pay off my car loan over the phone with no problem. This was the best customer service experience I have ever had with a bank.”
