C'Antia been a constant in my mom’s life since my dad passed in 2014. She and her staff have always treated our mother with kindness and respect. I know there are times that my mother has come to them confused and overwhelmed, but C'Antia has always been so consistent with her customer service to my mother. She has also been kind and clear with any interaction she has had with us as her children. She is always respecting the line between family and keeping mom the priority as her customer. I appreciate that more than she will ever know know, because it gives us the security that mom has a safe place to bank. “Everytime you need the ATM it is broken, on a Thursday morning ...... did someone drain it overnight. Unlikely . I love td bank for the most part but the atms are their achiles heels about as reliable as mcdonalds ice cream machines. Not an isolated incident either. Sad part is I just wanted to deposit some extra $ on my way to work. I don't have time during the day with my job to just stop and run to the bank either which is why many need the machine. Maintenance outages need to be when the bank is open”
