“I was supposed to meet Mrs. Alta at 10am but I wasn't able to make it until 4:30. She helped me pay off my old balance and help me open up a new one. Even though I kept her a little pass 5, she stayed and helped me and made sure that I had everything I needed and didn't try to rush me out the door. She is an amazing and sweet and kind woman and a great professional banker that takes pride in her job and clients and she called me this morning just to make sure that I was able to get my online banking figured out and running. “Everytime you need the ATM it is broken, on a Thursday morning ...... did someone drain it overnight. Unlikely . I love td bank for the most part but the atms are their achiles heels about as reliable as mcdonalds ice cream machines. Not an isolated incident either. Sad part is I just wanted to deposit some extra $ on my way to work. I don't have time during the day with my job to just stop and run to the bank either which is why many need the machine. Maintenance outages need to be when the bank is open”
