“TL;DR - Lara was amazing — so patient, helpful, and genuinely kind through a frustrating insurance issue. We recently moved to South Carolina and have had a hard time getting our prescriptions transferred and our new insurance set up. I called once and was able to get mine taken care of, but there were still issues with the rest of my family. My husband had stopped by about a week ago, but it was the weekend and the insurance company was closed, so he couldn’t get it sorted out. We went back last night, and even though there were a few people in line in front of us, it moved quickly. When I got to the right window, the pharmacy tech, Lara, had to call the insurance company — and it turned into almost an hour of being transferred from person to person and even waiting for a call back. Even with all of that, Lara stayed upbeat, friendly, and helpful — not just with me, but with every customer she spoke to, coworkers and every person on the phone she had to speak to. She even asked for backup to help customers behind me when there were lulls while she was stuck waiting on hold. She never made me feel like I was a burden, and I really appreciated her attitude and how hard she worked to get it all figured out. THANK YOU LARA!!! ?”
