“If you want a pharmacy that actually knows what they are doing and won't lose your orders and will write down notes, and is well staffed so they have time to speak to you if need be, then come here! Staff is very helpful and pleasant. They have a lot of product in the store and a fantastic food/soda fountain just like you remember as a kid!!! Nye's, don't change a thing!!! Oh, and they do compound prescriptions too. :)”
“Been going here for years and I love the pharmacists. They used to have one that wasn't very nice, but she ended up being ok and then later left. They're very thorough on what they do and care about the people. They even remember my name, moms, and a cousin. I don't even have to tell them. Thats how much they care. They remember you. Always have smiles too. Get them on a not so busy day and they'll even chat with you. I've never had a problem here and if you have a question or concern about your meds, 9 times out of 10, they'll know. Either that, or they'll find out from someone else.”

“TL;DR - Lara was amazing — so patient, helpful, and genuinely kind through a frustrating insurance issue.
We recently moved to South Carolina and have had a hard time getting our prescriptions transferred and our new insurance set up. I called once and was able to get mine taken care of, but there were still issues with the rest of my family. My husband had stopped by about a week ago, but it was the weekend and the insurance company was closed, so he couldn’t get it sorted out.
We went back last night, and even though there were a few people in line in front of us, it moved quickly. When I got to the right window, the pharmacy tech, Lara, had to call the insurance company — and it turned into almost an hour of being transferred from person to person and even waiting for a call back.
Even with all of that, Lara stayed upbeat, friendly, and helpful — not just with me, but with every customer she spoke to, coworkers and every person on the phone she had to speak to. She even asked for backup to help customers behind me when there were lulls while she was stuck waiting on hold. She never made me feel like I was a burden, and I really appreciated her attitude and how hard she worked to get it all figured out.

“This is the second time they have given me a partial refill on one of my insulins and didn’t want me to give me the rest. The first time Maverick called the police on me in which I didn’t get arrested which was a waste of their time because they found it ridiculous as well and I also had to deal with him this second go around. The male pharmacy tech was very helpful and understanding meanwhile the female pharmacy tech, the pharmacist, and Maverick weren’t helpful at all. Why should I have had any trouble when I had proof that I paid what I needed for all 5 pens and only received one and talked with Paul who I was told was only a floating pharmacist that didn’t mention that I only had 10 days to pick up the rest? The smug and disgusting look on Maverick’s face was sickening and he has no professionalism whatsoever as well as the pharmacist who insulted my intelligence a few times and the female pharmacy tech that keep whispering about me. The way that pharmacy is ran with those who were there tonight besides the male pharmacy tech will have Walgreens losing plenty of business smh.”
