Every other bank in the remote area has been great, this one in leesville is the worst I ever been to

Wife waited hour & half for a peon to get back from lunch. Finally came back & never even followed up like he was supposed to regarding the request. One of many bad experiences here where they were clearly in the wrong. Please don't bank here...

This is the worst bank ever. Horrendous customer service. Tellers and managers are extremely rude. If you can ever get someone to answer the phone they just say "hello". Highly DO NOT recommend. If I could give negative stars, I would.
