Travis exhibited professional, technical, and strong Customer Service skills. I checked out/exited and hoped to see a manager to compliment him, but didn't see one. (Remember the good 'ole days when managers were available and interacted with customers?).We need more people like Travis. Lowe's needs more associates like Travis.
