“Was looking for information/ prices on a DIY project of replacing decking lumber with 5/4" x 16' composite decking for porch, and 5/4" x 6" x 28' cedar decking for stairs. They happily printed out a quote. They do provide one cut per board (to help with transporting), but no custom cutting....I returned and purchased 30' 5/4" x 6" cedar decking. Everyone was happy to answer my questions, in the front of the store. In the yard I found a 10' and a 20'. David was happy to assist, cut the 20 in half for transporting and was very helpful....I highly recommend Grayco Building Center.”

“I needed a door lock set (knob and deadbolt). I wanted them keyed like my other locks. I met a young man with a very promising future. Travis exhibited professional, technical, and strong Customer Service skills. I checked out/exited and hoped to see a manager to compliment him, but didn't see one. (Remember the good 'ole days when managers were available and interacted with customers?).We need more people like Travis. Lowe's needs more associates like Travis. Travis will manage his own Lowe's, or whatever he wishes in the future!”
