“Both Noah and Grayson at the Burton Hill branch were great to assist me with basic android info (as I needed a new phone) then transferring data from old to new phone. I'm older, and although previously I would do my own data transferring, and installation of the optional apps I'd want, it had been 6 years since I had last done this exercise, and my confidence with the newer technology was more anxiety than confident! Hence, I relied on them to inform and implement what I was not confident to do. Their customer service, and patience was confident building for me. I would not hesitate to use them if in need of repair or assistance in the future. The owner of the company should be most proud to have such good customer service employees, as in this day and age, it is so very hard to find! Thank you again for your stellar presence.”

“Finally went in to make the switch from Verizon. I drove almost an hour to this specific location because I remembered previously how helpful Gabby was when I talked to her previously. I went in and Gabby helped me make the switch. she was so patient , knowledgeable and extremely helpful . She made the process smooth and answered all the questions I had and some. I am grateful for her and highly recommend and appreciate Gabby . I will also note there were a couple more reps in there, and they were all very attentive and wonderful to anyone who walked in to the store . Thank you so much!”

“Best help I have received!!Like ever. I been to other cricket in other states & I pretty much feel helpless.This young lady here at the front desk on 2/9/2024. She was able to assist me and went the extra mile to do a ticket for me and all.Which you will be surprised how easily other people will dismiss you.After running into some issues with my service, my issue was resolved with in an hour .It may seem like a lot but being at Parris Island for hours without a guidance and dealing with service issues over night . Is nothing.If I’m ever in town again. I know where to go! :)”

“What can I say ! Post Covid it has been very hard to find great customer service. Walking into the Beaufort ATT and being greeted by Kye was a reminder that customer service still exist . Her expertise , personable attitude, and million dollar smile are infectious. She was able to turn my frown upside down by answering my questions and solving my billing issues. If I could tip her I would as I was frustrated prior to coming in . It is without hesitation that I recommend that anyone going into the Beaufort ATT ask to work with Kye . She's top tier .”

“The best part of the visit or the two young men working in the store. They are both incredibly polite and helpful. The only issue I had was that I could not accomplish what I needed to. My stepmother's phone needs a factory reset and since T-Mobile does not supply desktop computers to their stores anymore it could not be done. They are only outfitted with iPads now. That is no reflection on the two young men working the store. They were great!”
