“Both Noah and Grayson at the Burton Hill branch were great to assist me with basic android info (as I needed a new phone) then transferring data from old to new phone. I'm older, and although previously I would do my own data transferring, and installation of the optional apps I'd want, it had been 6 years since I had last done this exercise, and my confidence with the newer technology was more anxiety than confident! Hence, I relied on them to inform and implement what I was not confident to do. Their customer service, and patience was confident building for me. I would not hesitate to use them if in need of repair or assistance in the future. The owner of the company should be most proud to have such good customer service employees, as in this day and age, it is so very hard to find! Thank you again for your stellar presence.”

“The best part of the visit or the two young men working in the store. They are both incredibly polite and helpful. The only issue I had was that I could not accomplish what I needed to. My stepmother's phone needs a factory reset and since T-Mobile does not supply desktop computers to their stores anymore it could not be done. They are only outfitted with iPads now. That is no reflection on the two young men working the store. They were great!”
