53 Sams Point Rd ste g, BeaufortWow, what a great experience. The staff are extremely patient and friendly. You can tell they truly care about the animals and their comfort. My dog is a VERY nervous boy who hates scissors and i was worried he wouldn’t be able to be groomed professionally without anesthesia. Not only were they able to do that, they also brushed his teeth and did his nails. It feels like a weight off my shoulders. And Toby loved the staff—he came out with his tail wagging.

Dr. Andy Smith and i have to say also Dr. Robert Smith will sit down with you explain everything as if you are the only patient they have for that day, theres no rushing you out of the office! I have a kitty that has kidney disease and it has been a tough road trying to keep his numbers level so I can keep my baby around as long as I can. I am probably at the vet everyday panicking. The WHOLE staff has been amazing. Cant tell you how wonderful everyone is and takes amazing care of my boy! They probably want to run when they see me coming. Their bed side manner is what brings me back, cant ask for a better team, caring, patient and always on top of their game! Thank you all so much!

From the first day he went to Hound Haven, he has loved it. It feels like it’s his place. I love them too, I always know he’s well cared for and happy when he’s there. I highly recommend Hound Haven for both boarding and daycare.

I ordered custom cupcakes to be delivered to my daughter, and they went above and beyond by creating a beautiful cupcake bouquet. The cupcakes were not only stunning but also absolutely delicious. 71 Sea Island Pkwy, BeaufortI sat at the bar for a quick meal while working on the island. I was immediately greated by the bartender Mike. He is a true professional. Made me feel welcome and was quick to remember my name as well as seemingly everyone seated at the bar. I ordered the blackened shrimp tacos which arrived quickly and were on point. Absolutely delicious. Food was great. Service is impeccable. It's truly a nice change to have such professionalism in Food and beverage. Often times these days I receive poor service from many establishments. F&b employees that dont want to do their jobs and God forbid, interact with the customers. Im happy to say that at Dockside Lady's Island they know f&b hospitality and treat there guests well!

205 Scott St, BeaufortThis will be the first odd review I’ve ever left. 10 star experience, and we VERY much do and will recommend this super cute and cozy restaurant. This was a group of 4 adults, one teenager and a 6 month old. The food was delicious, came out hot and fresh. Our waitress (and a lady from downstairs who made our coffees) were super kind, attentive, very patient and our family had no issues with our brunch in the least. Never asked about a discount, never needed one, prices on the menu and for what we received at the table were perfectly acceptable and even a few dollars more for any item would have not had us blink an eye. Cappuccinos were strong, super flavorful, aaaaaah-mazing.
This part is very important though, please be sure to ask for a physical copy of receipt before you leave. There was a significant miscommunication error on one of the ends (would have been 100% cleared after checking the camera they said they have) but it’s very important that the customer asks for a receipt. Does not matter if the waitress hands you one or not. I let the manager know I would have to leave a review if things are not properly resolved, at least confirmation that a short investigation will be had. She kept trying to get off of the phone in which she then asked if I was threatening her with a review because she is not refunding us. She also verified my first and last name to proceed to let me know her husband is a state trooper…??? I told her I never once asked for a refund for the delicious food all of us enjoyed or amazing service we received. But a small investigation needed to be had. She did not take down an email to have our receipt sent to and hung up.
Oddly (🤣) I will still recommend others to eat here, but unfortunately for us; because of the strange mishap here and how it was poorly handled, we will likely not be back. Not like it matters, they get plenty of business.
