“Clean, organized and knowlegable staff. I was buying a specific printer ink and it had been hidden behind another one probably by customer. This was the third time the same associate helped me, plus this time she even checked me out! I joked I should just enter the store and look for her. It is nice to get good customer service like this!”
“I’ve been going here for more than a decade now. The only reviews you see here are from people who are using his FREE of CHARGE Fedex services as a drop off place, or that need something with Fedex. He’s not a Fedex employee. He’s a professional in a different field. Never had a problem at this location. And yes, the puppy is adorable”
“My aunt went into the store to return her Amazon item which a prepaid Amazon label was provided. The store employee said they needed to charge her to print the label and purchase a box to ship. Everyone knows that Amazon provides options for you to return items free of charge and if there’s any fees Amazon will let you know ahead of time. This UPS location charges consumers for what Amazon charges them, to print the label and the box. The store itself has a box that all Amazon returns which are color-sorted by returns and should not charge consumers for their cost with Amazon. I’m going to look into who this complaint needs to be addressed with because this is a franchise and should be run the same way as other UPS stores as far as returns.”
“We recently brought two very large and very heavy golf bags filled with world flags into The UPS Store on Lady’s Island to be shipped to an event in South Dakota and then returned to us afterward.
John Horton and Vanessa were so helpful from start to finish. They took the time to go over all the shipping options with us and helped make sure we got the best pricing and the best way to ship everything both there and back.
These bags were not easy to move, and we really appreciated the extra care and patience they showed in helping us.
We truly could not have been happier with the service we received. John and Vanessa made the whole process so much easier and less stressful for us.
