“We recently brought two very large and very heavy golf bags filled with world flags into The UPS Store on Lady’s Island to be shipped to an event in South Dakota and then returned to us afterward.
John Horton and Vanessa were so helpful from start to finish. They took the time to go over all the shipping options with us and helped make sure we got the best pricing and the best way to ship everything both there and back.
These bags were not easy to move, and we really appreciated the extra care and patience they showed in helping us.
We truly could not have been happier with the service we received. John and Vanessa made the whole process so much easier and less stressful for us.

“My aunt went into the store to return her Amazon item which a prepaid Amazon label was provided. The store employee said they needed to charge her to print the label and purchase a box to ship. Everyone knows that Amazon provides options for you to return items free of charge and if there’s any fees Amazon will let you know ahead of time. This UPS location charges consumers for what Amazon charges them, to print the label and the box. The store itself has a box that all Amazon returns which are color-sorted by returns and should not charge consumers for their cost with Amazon. I’m going to look into who this complaint needs to be addressed with because this is a franchise and should be run the same way as other UPS stores as far as returns.”
