“I visited Serendipity when on vacation in Beaufort. Such a cute shop with GREAT items! I did not pick up the dress that I had tried on when I was there, and immediately regretted it when I returned home. Luckily, they have an online store, and I was able to get the dress shipped to me! I have purchased another dress online as well, and I'm so pleased with their offerings and the friendliness of their communication! I always check out their online items, and will definitely visit again when I am in Beaufort!”
“This store is truly the best🩷 On my last day in Beaufort I visited this store and was greeted with kindness as soon as I walked into the door. I purchased a beautiful necklace. Long story short somehow while walking downtown my necklace was stolen! I was completely heartbroken and went back to retrace my steps with no luck! On my way home I wanted to DM this store to see if there would be anything at all that could done. They responded immediately showing nothing but kindness and understanding!!! They saved me the exact necklace for a family member to come by and retrieve the necklace!! This store has the best customer service and alludes kindness :) if you visit Beaufort make sure to stop by here!!!”

“First time customer….what a joy. I was so high maintenance. I had no idea what I wanted and ran the girls ragged. They never once complained. They all three had smiles on their faces and helped me to the best of their abilities. The entire time I was there. Heather Grace and Shelby were amazing. I highly recommend this store. “This is a great store with comparable prices and merchandise. Even better, the employees are top of the line. I must send praise to Jane who went above and beyond in her service to the customer. I left a package in the store while shopping one day. I called the store to see if I had left the package and sure enough I had. In our conversation while in the store she knew where I was from and she mentioned she was to visit my city the upcoming weekend. She kindly offered to bring my package to me since she was visiting anyway. Now that my friend is service. GIVE THIS LADY A RAISE.
