“I came in looking for a dress to wear to a funeral and was feeling very stressed about shopping. However, thanks to Sue and the rest of the Talbots team I had the easiest experience possible. Sue is an absolute gem. She had set aside some options for me after I called ahead and then selected more for me while I was there. I left with two comfortable, flattering, and high quality dresses. Sue transformed what could have been a very difficult time into an easy and peaceful experience. She and all the other team members were so considerate, professional, and helpful. “I visited Serendipity when on vacation in Beaufort. Such a cute shop with GREAT items! I did not pick up the dress that I had tried on when I was there, and immediately regretted it when I returned home. Luckily, they have an online store, and I was able to get the dress shipped to me! I have purchased another dress online as well, and I'm so pleased with their offerings and the friendliness of their communication! I always check out their online items, and will definitely visit again when I am in Beaufort!”
